Mapping, modelling existing data

As can be seen in the diagram below, mapping must take into account many different elements. It also helps to define 'job profiles' or 'roles', as well as the 'resources' to which they have access. These new systems of reference form the basis for granting future authorisations.

Kleverware IAG helps to design this mapping in a flexible way. KLEVERWARE's solution uses all of a company's systems of reference for users (LDAP directories, Active Directory, RACF databases, HR, Unix, AS400, etc.) and provides a centralised view of the systems of reference, users and mapping, as well as all permissions currently granted within the organisation.

Kleverware IAG extracts job profiles from this system of reference, as well as the resources and permissions relating to them. These new systems of reference form the basis for granting, amending or removing authorisations and the process can then be automated.
